HOW TO SIGN OUR CONTRACTS ONLINE, USING MAC
Apple has rolled out a new feature in OS X Lion's Preview app that allows you to create a digital signature and sign a document with relative ease.
To get started, open the PDF document from your email, it should open in Preview, then follow these instructions:
1. On the upper righthand side of the screen, click on the icon that says 'Open Edit Toolbar'.
2. From the Edit Toolbar click on the signature arrow that points down.
3. If you already have an electronic signature, select the signature you would like to use. If not, follow the instructions on how to create a signature from the FaceTime camera. It's quick and easy!
4. Once you have the the signature you would like to use, select it. Then, move your mouse to the 'Accepted By' line, click again, and your signature should appear on the line. Move it to the exact position you would like. Don't worry about the date.
5. Once you have signed the document, go to the upper left side of your screen and click on the icon with the arrow that faces right. Select 'Reply to Rebecca Bowman/Sorella Staging'.
6. Send the email
7. When you close your screen, save the document to a file so that you have a copy for your records.
